Brentwood Bay is the heart of the community, and Saanichton has been growing steadily with new residential developments. Keating is more industrial, but there are still homes mixed in around the edges.
The homes in Central Saanich tend to have more space between them, which makes our job a bit easier in terms of access. Tree coverage is significant in some areas, especially around the rural properties, so seasonal cleaning matters here. We also see more homes with larger windows and open floor plans designed to take advantage of the views, which means more glass to keep clean.
